An easy (and tasty) green snack!

Grönkål finns det mycket av i affärerna nu. Det är så jävla nyttigt att man faktiskt får ta och trycka i sig några blad. Det är högt i A, C och K vitamin, calcium, protein, järn, antioxidanter, och så är det antiinflammatoriskt! 
Blanda det i en smoothie eller gör grönkålschips! Så jäklans gott. 

English: There is a lot of kale out in the supermarkets now. It's so damn healthy that you just have to eat some. It's high in vitamin A, C and K, calcium, protein, iron, antioxidants, and to top it all off it's anti-inflamatory! What more could you ask for in a green? 
Mix it in a smoothie or make them into kale chips! So freaken good. 

Make sure to wash it and take out all rough stems then tear into smaller pieces.
Put them into a bowl and add about a tablespoon of olive oil.
Mix around until all leaves are coated.
Then spread them out evenly on a baking trey. 
Bake at 350ºf (175ºc) for 10-15 minutes. You don't
want them burnt, just a little brown around the edges.
Add some sea salt and you have yourself a super crispy and healthy snack!
